Most of these profit pirates will give up after you DMCA their links a few times. The worst infringer gave up after about 12 re-ups.

It's by far a loosing battle for content producers that truly care about their product.

I run 18 adult sites and produce content for 3 of them and sales are good, not 2007 good but in the current climate, adult still has plenty of opportunity for good earnings.
