since GPS satellites don't travel at the speed of light, I assume you're arguing that gravity effects the ability to properly count time.
If time travel had anything to do with the speed of light, the guys at CERN couldn't have tracked the particles that travelled faster than the speed of light because they would have arrived before anyone knew they were sent.
