Probably they weren't real reuploads but mere link replacements, that's why he could afford to be so resilient. You of course know that it's not like in the good old rapidshare days anymore, when they not only removed files for real but also blocked them by their signatures so reuploaders would have to repack their archives to add some random txt or jpg files to change hash, and then physically reupload again.
Nowadays those outright criminal hosts like oron do not even remove files but mere links, and uploaders could always generate a new set of links for replacement. That's still a work to do, and often manually because auto-replacement is not always supported, but it's still alot easier for them anyway than to really upload a file again.
