Two tiers in the fight; a company or group doing what these pitbull guys do ie identify refusals forwarding that information to a group like my personal side project. We have lawyers in multiple countries setup to file. Sued users for leaking content and hosts for refusals and won everytime; never lost.
Thing is nobody ever does the research or even calls a lawyer with ip experience; it's a hands down you will win. Nobody has sued pornbb.com because it's still up.
9/10 they won't even show up ending in a default judgement you take that to icann and you have the domain name. Fake information in whois? instant win..
Fight back instead of bitchin not a country on the planet wants ip laws to be ignored. It's amazing what a visit from the Latvian police will do to a stubborn host..
