This is purely because anyone who doesn't want to see London related content on the internet shouldn't have to click onto it by mistake and be offended. It may not be the London you expected.

Therefore, anyone who works with/links to the London industry must be shifted onto this extension firstly to protect non-Londoners and secondly so, if necessary, these sites can be closed off by ISPs or by country.
