Officially, ACWebconnecting BV the owner/operator of XloveCam.com has registered our trademark names for legal reasons without the intention of actively operating from that sTLD or being compliant with any rule or policy, as to content or business practice, as ICM may promulgate, now or at future time.

Doesn't that still make you a victim of blackmailing? "register your domain before someone else does". Sunrise 3 is funny; if you have a mainstream trademark and don't want it to be used for porn, you can pay us and we make sure nobody will register it as an .xxx . Now if someone would register sony.xxx , Sony would sue that person. But sueing is more expensive than paying for sunrise 3 so a lot of companies are going through the sunrise 3 procedure probably, basically because they're getting blackmailed.
