fact- many blacks have a general disregard for acting like respectable people.
proof- go to a movie in a black area.
when i was in jail the whites and the mexicans were respectful of and to each other. only the blacks fought among themselves, started shit with others, sat on the top bunks with their shoes on, and made noise ALL FUCKING NIGHT among other things.
