I have a direct relationship with level3. I have a few calls in and I am going to see if I cant get my level3 rep to take over the account and get service restored to those boxes. I am NOT promising anything..Im just going to try.
My relationship with level3 is west coast..can one of you guys give me the address to the L3 data center you are all in.
