ATMs don't spit out available balance when you deposit a check... they print out total balance; usually with a note on the screen that says, "will be available in X days". Unless it's a paycheck (that you receive regularly) or a check cut from the same bank... it't not going to be available. I don't care if you're black, brown, white, or purple... the rules are the same. You just proved you're seeing racism where none exists...
