To answer your question, I am fortunate with
SpookyCash to have the luxury to shoot pretty much what I want. So I freelance very very very selectively. If someone has a specific project which appeals to me artistically and/or culturally and the dough is good and I like them and they are flexible on things like book and other secondary rights, I can be into it. Over the years, that has meant I've been published by all the major adult houses (Playboy, Penthouse, Hustler, etc.), as well as alt-y stuff in every place from ultra-niche mags to Rolling Stone.
