i think its a shame the US still has death penalty ... the US are no better than iran, iraq, china etc.; even when it comes to torture ... dont point at others while yer doing the same ... the US is the ONLY country in the western world executing people ... no system is perfect so you accept some %age of those executed is innocent ...
