Unless they did something else, wasn't the big beef with them that they had someone else's stuff on a new site (japanese i believe) and they did take that content down or no?
Because if they took the content down then what's the problem? To me at least they realized they had some stolen content and they acted.
And yes illegal tubes/torrents have buttloads of affiliates and they get more everyday, and if you look carefully some of them post here all the time;)
