Still assumptions.
Here is what I do know. Serious Partners has been in the biz for a while now and their flagship sites are content they make which is top notch.
I have never seen any actual evidence to either past "theft" or evidence pointing the the idea that they knowingly ripped off another company's content, and I really doubt a company the size of Serious Partners goes off willy nilly just ripping off content.
Unless they are just completely nuts.
