j/k, it's just one of several templates coming out soon. Since each template includes functions and features that go way beyond WP, it takes some time to build them and on top of that we're working on a couple full networks plus our mainstream clients, so really no much time to dedicate to this project (at least in the way we would like to). But if anyone wants the theme alone without the extra functions and features, then it can be arranged. Otherwise, it only goes out with the full CMS (as in the full price as well)
