I've DMCA'd this guy tons. Here was one of his last responses:
We have decided to longer deal with agents, as they somehow seem to
kill links. Btw, can we please license some of your stuff?

I told him of course the copyright holder and/or their agents are going to kill the links.
His response:
So if you kill links, we are no longer violating DMCA
That's what you're dealing with over there.
