Besides, if you check big warez forums, they're a few huge uploaders that post in all of them.

What filehosts close uploaders' accounts? Certainly not oron and filesonic.

Rapidshare does that, and recently hotfile too after big studios scared the shit out of them with the lawsuit. But they're not big in the porn piracy scene anymore so it doesn't really matter what they're doing or not doing. That's about it. As long as I know the rest of the bunch is actually HELPING their uploaders to cope with the deletion of files by providing tools such as link generation from a master file that ensure that master file never gets deleted, only generated links to it are taken down only to be replaced a couple of hours later with the new ones.

With the rest of your message I agree fully though. Yes it helps stalking uploaders and removing all of their new uploads from filehosts. For the most part they give up on your content sooner or later (sooner is more common), you just need to be persistent.
