Maybe I smoke too much dope but with the way that the industry is now in regards to the "payment hunts' people must embark on, would it not be in both the affiliate's and your best interests to split the difference? A $35 dollar fee because of something happening beyond anyone's control is a slap in the face for some. Now mind you, if it's a recurring theme with some webmasters then obviously they need to have their mail sent to a more secure location but for cases like this you guys should be splitting the difference to keep business moving as usual.
