Oh are they? Only reason i figured otherwise, I have asked a couple u.s models and they hadn't heard of it. Guess they just dont know what theyre talking about. hah
Yeah luckily im next to the border, i ship my stuff to the other side of the border and walk across and grab it, very handy.
No extra fees besides duty (taxes) and 8 out of 10 times, they dont even charge me that.
