Firefox had been dumbed down way too much for me.
Seamonkey, Firefox's older brother which is geared more toward webmasters and other technically saavy people, may be worth a look. It has long included features like a built in Javascript debugger, a cookie manager with the ability to delete individual cookies, and other features for "power users". Firefox was supposed to be a slimmed down, fast and light version of Seamonkey but I don't think they hit their target so I never switched.
