Ive worked with CCBill as a paysite owner and as an affiliate of 100s of CCbill affiliate programs for years. In all that time, I have never had a single 'support' problem on any level. That's not to say they are perfect, nobody is... but if you ask them in a professional manner to address an issue they always do. Posting while very angry is no better than posting while drunk.
MisterPeabody, I have read and agreed with many of your posts on other topics in the past... this one comes off as being way too angry and much more emotional than professional, especially when someone replied to offer you help. They do not benefit by 'screwing up' on your account any more than you do... they are already on rev share essentially.
