IMHO we cant expect kids like her to know not to act a certain way, or to be tactful in every possible situation. As soon as that tape of her kissing her boyfriend at inappropriate times was looped a million times on the news, it was pretty clear that this girl was not too mature yet. I guess some saw it as if she was cold hearted and guilty as can be.
