it's been a long time, and if they did indeed send it, wire now is probably travelling back to sender. it could be either a human error or routing problem through corresponding bank, could be Cyprus bank too offshore for BofA NY have any routing links with it, and it just gets returned, that's just my speculation as I have no clue how banks operate between themselves in different regulatory jurisdictions. i remember few of my wires to epass were returned at a time i was trying to set up account with them, CB simply refused to deliver them.
human error easy detectable - they can always check wire receipt for mistakes
