I want to see my macbook screen on an HDTV 15 feet away without using HDTV cables or adapters.

Apple TV does not do this.. new airplay with iOS 5 and iPad will do this.. but thats not
what I'm trying to do. I want to watch movies (avi) that I have on my macbook as well
as work/surf sites.. without this pos adapter cable.

No one seems to sell anything for a wireless transmission like this.
Should be something like an apple tv or roku product out there I log into via wi-fi and stream my screen to.. whatevers on my screen.

Anyone? Bueller?
