They are owned and operated by the Japanese spud... their rooms are always spotless and they always maintain superior standards of cleanliness and service. Maybe they told YOU that you would be charged for a replacement towel... lol... but then again if you are an asshole towards people you come into contact with, you will get the asshole treatment! I have requested housekeeping to change the sheets , replace all the towels and mop the floors 3 times in one day... never an extra charge. Filipino unfriendliness? Funny hearing that when I happen to tell everyone I know outside the Philippines how the people are all always smiling, always super friendly... but then again I guess it just goes back to what you can expect from people when you treat people like an asshole.
