so what you told them to go there 89 times a day. It's so basic. Telling them what to do when they get there might help.

Taking them aside and chatting with them on how to shape themselves into a product is what they need.

IMO stick to what you know, programming and leave selling and marketing to guys who have been doing it decades. Yes I had to sell and market myself. As we all know shooting good content isn't going to make a sale.
