Yeah there is Hilton and Kardashian that were in on it but there are also real sex tapes that pop up that celebs don't want out there, whether sold or leaked.
There is usually a settlement and the broker still gets paid.
At the end of the day he is a PR person and PR people help promote things and sweep them under the rug.
