Personally I feel it's better for your biz, as a producer, not to try to have sex with your models especially on the set. This for the simple reason that if you keep your distance, the models will have more respect for you and see you as their employer rather than a buddy which will result in better work results.
Personally I think that guys who go into the porn biz because they like girls, are like kids in the candy store. They may get their pussy from time to time but they won't do great business wise or they end up getting beaten up by jealous boyfriends or dads.
What happens AFTER the shoots between photographer and model is a totally different story but people fall in love with each other on the workfloor of any industry, not just the porn biz. Just try to keep business and work seperated if you want to be professional.
