Those "free for your personal information" sites become unattractive after a while. I imagine most surfers have tried one at least once and found them disappointing.
Those repeating background patterns ("wallpaper" or whatever you want to call them) are kind of old hat nowadays. I stopped using them in my designs about five years ago. You need something a little fancier in terms of graphics. At least a nice banner, but even better, some sort of artistic graphic (not text) type for your headline.
The girl is a babe, but she seems not to fit the text, which talks about cheerleaders, bleachers, and locker rooms.
Finally, your use of capitalization seems random. If you capitalize "Videos" at the top, why not capitalize "pics" and "live sex"? Also, it's spelled "their" not "thier."
