To be fair he doesnt really need to adapt... for a start he's retired right ? So I guess he's made enough money from the industry, and inparticular his work for magazines back in the day...
He obviously still as his content store to bring in a flow of income to keep his enjoying the lifestyle he likes...
I guess he just needs to keep thrusting his opinion down people's throats, every one of course is entitled to their opinion... but when it's going on about stuff that cant be changed seems pointless... maybe it's just a clever way to draw attention to his content, maybe he is a marketing genius after all
