He proved a lot. It's simple. Trickle down economic has bene around for 30 years. If it wroked wher are the results? I think 30 years is more than enough time to get results.
GW Bush cut taxes on the rich. Supposedly this creates jobs. Why is unemployment 9.1%? Where are the jobs?
