P.S. My sister has been long since diagnosed as having severe mental retardation. Yes, times were different in the early 70's through the mid-80's. In spite of changing times and attitudes, her original diagnosis still stands. I've taken care of her for over four years now, so I can officially use the word "retard" wherever and whenever I want.
