I would say the lack of communication and the inconsistencies the last few weeks really raised my alert levels...
When you say one thing , flip flop , your employees wont answer your affiliates and so on...
I was brought up that if I fucked up and did WRONG and should do whatever in my power to make things RIGHT.......... But i guess that is the way I am and cant expect oohers to be as well..
