You can eat meat, and apparently should. But it's supposed to be something like 20% of your diet, with the rest being made up of fruits and veggies. Not the American vice versa equivalent... 80% meat, and 20% fruits and veggies.

Doc says I should stop for 2 weeks and then cut consuming. I'm taking it as a method of losing some extra pounds too, so will see if there is a day I say I want a steak
