You are assuming they aren't armed. He can't. How does he know they don't have a gun, or a knife? He kept telling them to stay down, they kept getting up, he kept hitting them till they went down. Justified.
You don't think he has mental problems?

We already know he killed his classmate and was convicted. So we already know his character. And we know that other people who have represented society in a court of law have found him unfit for society. There's no denying that. The court process has already concluded on that.

Did you see when his co-worker tried to talk to him? Look at how he reacts. And he doesn't have mental problems?

That slap didn't even hurt, he semi-slipped it, and they aren't exactly Joe Calzaghe slaps where you would be injured.

According to your argument why can't he just pull out a gun and shoot them? Would that be justified? I mean like you said, he doesn't know if they're armed. So why can't he just shoot them?

Am I justified to shoot people if I don't know if they're carrying anything?

If it was 2 guys then he would have a better excuse to beat them.

2 little women? 2 Eight year old kids? 2 80 year old senior citizens? No. A court is going to distinguish between the threat level and the force you use
