Walking Dead is to horror what True Blood is to horror - which is to say that it isn't horror at all. Its a soap opera with zombies. There may be a few scary bits for people who don't actually watch horror movies, but the storyline keeps 'em coming back for more.
I like the show, but it is not scary. At all.
