I've been there a few more than 2 times and over the past 24 months I've seen two stabbings of foreigners in public places. One old white guy stabbed (and killed) by a street vendor in front of a 7/11. One korean smoking a cigarette stabbed (don't know if he died) in front of a korean restaurant, but if you've been there two times with no problems, that settles it then.
