It's both, but as we've established that Gemma Massey is NOT a member of the British Aristocracy and therefore a deception has been perpetrated, aimed directly at US citizens and IMHO as a webmaster I wouldn't touch Bluebird Bucks with a barge pole given the "bad press" they have received on a UK board.
