I must say as someone that knows Gemma Massey personally, having done a load of shoots with her and spent a week with her in Portugal, I can assure you all Gemma is not a "titled" lady.
All I can assume is someone has purchased a title for her if Bluebird are claiming she is a title, but she will not be found in Debrett's where EVERY Lord, Lady and anyone of importance gets listed.
