I travel alot and make friends everywhere including in China. I showed the video of the child being run over to a female in her 20's, and her reply was something along the lines of "typical Chinese". She was speaking of her own, and not from abroad but she herself living in ROC.
When I was border hopping in ROC, Passport Control would open up a couple more pedestrian lanes based on the volume of people waiting. With total disregard for one another, like a stampede of cattle they ran to the new windows. I watched daily as people would be knocked over.
