I think it really depends on what the model is doing. I know sites like Southern-Charms work a 50/50 split with the models, however their is less actual marketing costs to promote each model as they are a "brand". Similar to what Thomas007 mentions they do with LifestyleAmateurs.
Its my opinion that a model for a solo site should receive no more than 35% of revenue (after affiliate payouts). She has the opportunity to earn more through on-site cam shows in which she earns the full $$ and the site owner would only get the common studio commission rate.
For a model that wants more, she would have to do more than just supply pics and video -- OR she would have to be a potential star of Raven Riley caliber.
