Silverfox: I would urge you not to make such a decision until you talk to people at Segpay first. We have been working with them for a long time and have had no problems whatsoever. I've had prompt replies to my emails and I'm very sure I've tested Brenda's patience more than once via ICQ

. Seriously, they are very helpful. I'd give them a second chance before switching if I were you.
