I do disagree that people are not against the healthcare bill, but against Obama. Afterall,he did win the election. For whatever reason,he won the job fair and square. And the healthcare reform bill as it should've been would also have merit. Not the bill that was passed. And more importantly the way it was passed. All the talk about transparency became nothing but a joke. Forcing people to buy a product. Adding much staff to the IRS to make sure they do.
While the country is in a severe recession, this administration needed to be focused on one thing. And they didn't do that.
I do give Obama high marks on how he is handling the middle east. He is insisting that the people that know how to win do their jobs.
However,it takes him too long to make a decision. Even if he isn't leading by committee,it appears as if he is.

yeah it does take too long. 3 years and we're still in the same mess we were in when he got here. but that's probably because he's fighting an uphill battle. after all, he's merely a politician amongst the rest with checked power. ALL of these politicians have personal and/or political agendas, and they do shit to accomplish those agendas, sometimes in spite of whats good for the people. sadly, one of those current agendas it to get obama out of office.
