I think its disgraceful and a slap in the face of any Marine to be wearing his ribbons like that.
He's apparently out of service and not in IRR so he can do whatever he pleases honestly, I dont so much mind him wearing a cami top with his name on it, however the ribbons are a huge no no and he should know better.
