Because this is broadcast television ASACP cannot directly report this.

The best place to report this is to the Agentinean Comité Federal de Radiodifusión (COMFER) or Federal Authority of Audiovisual Communication Services. This is their federal regulatory body for broadcast media.

Even if the footage broadcast is not illegal under their cp laws it may violate the rules and regulations that govern Argentinean broadcast media.
