I saw it on Sky, seems the rebels. who are not in charge popped him off. He was alive and kicking and trying to get into the car they had to take him to prison, I assume, and the fighters were pistol whipping him and then one popped a shot into him. his son died in prison from a gun shot.
They aren't bothering with judges and all that rubbish. Ceauşescu at least got a 30 minute trial before they shot him. Ghadaffi should of surrendered to US troops, bought Saddam a bit longer and dignified execution.
