Well, I am really sorry if someone found my questions or statements vague.
So far I have found these points.
1. 24x7x365 support
2. Support for things other than just hosting
3. High bandwidth
4. High data transfer speed
5. Trust (I know it wont build overnight!)
6. Price (I didn't want it to be included here since services don't have a fixed price ... it is variable according to the service provider, but as it was mentioned by Babaganoosh.. I decided to include this

About my service :
I am running a web hosting company for 2 months now
I want to have very few accounts on my hosting (not more than 50) - This is because right now we are only 3 people who are running this service, so we would like to provide quality support to our clients.
Big or huge hosting companies have problems in managing their resources and providing quick response.
