I think it's pretty naive to NOT believe in aliens.
Now as for being visited by aliens or currently living amongst them, no I don't believe that. I believe we might have once been visited by them in our history. But I don't believe that aliens fly 100s of billions of light years float around in the sky for 5 minutes then vanish, (so called, UFO sightings ).
When Aliens visit Earth, we are ALL going to fucking know about it, it won't be a conspiracy or a stupid quack claiming he saw a flying saucer.
