We have used Vendo as primary biller since February this year.
We have never seen any declines in ratios since we switched. Our overal ratios have not gone down at all, so whatever caused your drop has nothing to do with Vendo.

Please contact me to take a look at this, because whatever happened is not related to us using Vendo. We have plenty of people still doing 1:500.
