It would be nice to have affiliate programs and software regulated much like U.S. states have a division of weights and measures to certify gas pumps work correctly, wouldn't it. That or a couple of examples of people facing hard time for fraud for playing around with stats. No argument there.

Nothing on CCBill here of course. There's way too much potential for it to be another issue that is not their fault.
