That's one of the advantages of being born in one of the richest, most developed countries in the world: Completely free and mandatory vaccinations for all kids at a very early age.
Parents aren't really allowed to deny it for their child, you must have very valid reasons for the government/doctor to not inject your child with the vaccine.
